Capital flight is ultimately a myth cause the people who complain about high taxes and moving are already not paying taxes.

The vast majority of people aren't going to give up their homes to save a few bucks.

they cost more in tax payers money to keep around/. theres a reason they dont live in sht hole red areas, they live affluent blue areas in blue states, or bluest counties in red states. they take advantage of "less regulation" rural areas because the people can be exploited.
