both things are true: a bursting of the bubble always starts with a completely normal looking dip that doesn’t stop. everyone knows it’s a bubble, so if enough people get spooked it’ll keep going as people scramble to exit

Indeed, but this is a known bubble, and with the Burry Billion shorts I suspect he knows or suspects something that's going to bring things to a head soon.

Perhaps. I do agree with you that AI is a bubble. But if anyone could reliably "time" the bubble they wouldn't be talking about it on nbcnews.
