Best move for my money is to walk by and spit on his table. It's the most insulting thing you can do that's still not anything the cops would give a shit about, and leaves him with no options other than to do nothing or escalate into a fight and probably lose
I'm not so sure the cops would do nothing. Like I'm pretty sure they'd arrest you on assault charges and have you spend a couple days in jail before a judge throws out the case
