Was bedeutet die Anzeige der Waggons?

Was bedeutet der „Füllstand“ der einzelnen Waggons auf dem Display in der NordWestBahn? Ist das wirklich die Auslastung, also wie voll ein Waggon ist?

Wenn ja, wie wird das gemessen? Einfach nach Gewicht?

Jetzt wo ich so drüber nachdenke ist der Reim auch nur ein halber. Aber ich fühle das Lied trotzdem.
