Was bedeutet die Anzeige der Waggons?

Was bedeutet der „Füllstand“ der einzelnen Waggons auf dem Display in der NordWestBahn? Ist das wirklich die Auslastung, also wie voll ein Waggon ist?

Wenn ja, wie wird das gemessen? Einfach nach Gewicht?

Ich weiss nicht, wie es bei der NordWestBahn gemacht wird, aber ich habe DB Lightgate gefunden.
