rules to suggest wiping that smile off his smug nazi face.
Thats the thing he WANTS this reaction. He knows folks are unlikely to do anything to hurt him (and the state won't penalise him) so seeing people get pissed off while he gets to look like the "polite grinning Nazi" is basically his form of pseudosexual gratification.
It's like with the debate bro content that Kirk produced: it's just softcore porn where men orchestrate a situation where they can dominate a woman who is powerless to fight back.
