S tier fruit for sure. Huge fan, very satisfying cause you just gotta dive the fuck into it and spit some seeds in the process. Feels primal and good.
๐ณ you are supposed to spit the seeds? I just crunch through them, spitting them all out sounds like so much extra work.
Generally the seeds are not just chomped but they are edible and based on a quick look chock full of good shit for you so Id say keep it up. Spitting seeds out while going monkey mode on a fruit in the shower feels good too tho
