Sorry, not the politician -- it's Su-Metal from the band BABYMETAL. The musicians that back them up are legit metal gods, even if overall it's "kawaii metal."

Here's a recent single from them, where they collaborated with Slaughter to Prevail.

BABYMETAL are kind of cool, but not really my thing. I agree the band is really good.
