I couldn't be a doctor. Some Hog would come in wanting me to save their life, and I would have to weigh that against the harm they're going to go out and commit against innocent people. Healthcare for all and all that, but maybe after the worst fascists have been culled/stripped of all power and capacity to cause harm.
