The term "ethnic cleansing" is totally inappropriate and clearly being used to push an awful agenda here, but — hot take alert — claiming German civilians as slaves as part of the reparations deal was not a good look
There is very valid criticism for the lack of any proper denazification being carried out.
Victims should be given reparations, not pass on carrying out personal vengeance, is one of the major lessons that seems to have not been taught properly. Tragedy stops being tragic the moment there's a reward attached to suffering it.
