I get that every member of this admin has the intention of destroying America, but what do they think happens when they succeed. They think they gunna be the madmax style warlords? Like once their accumulated wealth is worthless do they think they are ruthless enough to take that mantle? I look forward to some pretty wild news of their demise.

They'll enjoy the beautiful beaches in Saudi Arabia, Maldives, Curacao... please do not worry for them, they'll be alright, always.

Very sadly I think the answer is essentially yes. They think their wealth is a sign of their inherent superiority over people that will be around after the government collapses. They think that they'll be able to just turn the lights off and turn on the fascist regime that has them at the seat of power because they don't understand or simply don't believe in the complex scaffolding that keeps our current society up.

Ironic that a government overthrow led by a shadow cabal of tech billionaires basically comes down to "they plan on turning it off and on again"

and every other toppled regime "did it wrong" and they totally won't make the same mistakes again.

They think they won’t be affected personally and therefore don’t care. Most will take advantage and prosper.
