Miss long walks terribly. I used to walk everywhere.

Physical problems. Walking long distances is painful anymore.

No idea what your problems are, but not walking can make shit worse. Ex-wife's mom was already fat, crushed her ankle in a car wreck, went sessile, died at 500lbs. with her heart the size of a basketball.
I got what my doctor calls "emphysema light". Doesn't stop me from doing what I want to do, but every day off is a step back.
Good luck man. We're all doing what we can do.
I've actually lost weight since I stopped walking. Unrelated, but still.
Unfortunately, walking more does not help the issue, and I don't want to go on stronger pain meds.
