Nah, Judge Volcel is about refraining from creeping out your fellow comrades with lewd material, not about living repressed lives.
I grew up in the deep south where fundamentalist adults and educators shamed teenagers for feeling and being sexual and made it their lives' mission to keep them from having any autonomy and privacy whatsoever, and I still resent them all 25 years later.
