Also, List 3 things you can do that would be consistent and help towards attaining those outcomes

Outcome 1: an always reasonably clean, organized home space

= the same level of clean and organized that I would have had to have scrambled to clean every time to have it be minimally presentable for a reasonable hypothetical fellow visitor

  1. Everything has a place and by the end of the day/before bed, do a sweep thru place to clear all the surfaces and everywhere else until everything is back in its place. I'll know its in its place because the next time i need it, especially if I need it during a phone call, I will know where to get it immediately, and if its in the wrong place, i will often lose track of it and not have it available regularly

  2. Stop buying new stuff, or at least dispose of multiple old things to compensate. Sometimes the best firstline strategy is dont add to an untenable state, that can be a force for good and a sufficient effort in itself. Make deals with yourself that get you both more of what you want at the expense of what you dont want

  3. Reduce friction by making it easy to do the things that promote clean and organized state Ask: why does this task overwhelm or bother me, is there an example of something you did before that was a positive and that you could turn to again?

Outcome 2:
