Why does he think ALL of Canada should be a single state, anyway?
Because he doesn't actually understand how any of this works.
My guess is he thinks naming it just a single state conveys the message that Canada is inferior. It's whatever enough to just clump all together.

Cause he is a fucking moron and an idiot with dementia

Because then he'd only have to deal with one puppet to get all the resources
I'm pretty sure Alberta would be its own state. But the rest of Canada is way too liberal for him to give us separate representation.
