I'd say he checks more boxes than he doesn't. Though arguably, "traditional American views on religion and morality" could mean believing in freedom of religion and not being full-on fascist. The only one he probably doesn't check is the one about "traditional Americans views on family".
Let's not pretend that this list isn't designed to target out-groups. The definition is going to be flexible to allow anyone they don't like to be guilty.
