Everyone rips this, but if it’s just making it so a tv show like the Last of Us film in the US instead of Canada I genuinely don’t understand why that’s bad. I don’t think it’s concern is Ne Zha 2

You can't tariff a film shoot. Tariffs are taxes on imports. You're not importing anything when you go somewhere to shoot? Footage is all just data, not a physical object you go and retrieve.

He is a moron so can’t explain it, but below the line workers in the film industry want to tax the studios the exact dollar amount that they accept in foreign tax exemptions to make the picture. It sucks when only DGA, WGA, and SAG workers get to go overseas, while the below the line workers that acted in solidarity are left with the scraps of network television.
