From the beginning there has been overwhelming support in Denmark both in the population and parliament to support Ukraine.
This has resulted in Denmark being one of the biggest contributors to Ukraine when measured per capita.
It's also very obvious every time the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Prime minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen meet, that the relation is very warm between them.
Obviously Ukraine is happy about the support from other countries, but Mette Frederiksen also clearly see Ukraine as a crucial ally against Russia's continued increasing aggression against Europe.
