Basically 4chan invented the core of that Indian slur back in 2015, a combination of respectful term form older brother in Punjabi and a common Indian name element that means "victory". Conservatives really like to stereotype Indians as being gross and unclean in terms of feces, so they sometimes combine that racism with their other racism. The character substitution with pound signs tell us two things, firstly that they know it's a slur (and don't want YouTube to stop them from saying it), and also that they're a Br*t. Britain colonized India, so there's a fair number of Indians in Britain, and the British far-right being racist and anti-immigration the way that they are really hate them.
The original term has also become really popular on Twitter now that Elon owns it, especially after that H1B visa infighting. It also saw a boost in popularity when Mamdani was big in the news, because conservatives love responding to their political adversaries with racism. They'll also use racism against their own allies, like Vivek Ramaswamy, and since JD Vances wife is Indian-American, they refer to him and his family with that same slur too.
Also, reactionaries love to say how India is a dirty country where people defecate in the street and other people eat it. Hence the "poo" part. And of course we're burning down the rainforest so these people can make AI pictures of Indians to post on Facebook and 4chan.
