Piracy is always good but if you want to play for a sub service i think crunchyroll is pretty fine.
also for other recomendations maybe she will like some old action shonen like Fullmetal Alchemist and HunterxHunter

Seconding this.
The manga (comic) for Fullmetal Alchemist is pretty good, too. I'd recommend checking your library - depending on where you live you might have access to the comics for a lot of the stuff she already likes.
There's a library a couple miles away which I take her to once or twice a month. I completely forgot about the library. Thanks for the reminder!
Hianime.to works great as long as you've got an ad blocker, its got EVERYTHING Tho so if you give it to your kid they'll have access to whatever anime they look for
also, I cannot second Hunter x Hunter hard enough, watch it with her goddamnit!
If this is on the list my daughter really liked Made in Abyss season 1. She isn't allowed to watch the movie until she's about OP's daughters age. Mature content warning.

I wouldn't recommend Steins;Gate to a 13 year old just because of how misogynist it gets
Thanks. My thirteen year old daughter is exposed to themes like this daily and I'd rather not normalize it via cartoon. That person seems weirdly combative about something. I just blocked them.

MiA is so much worse than PG 13. I don't remember the exact scope of S1, but the movie and probably the last season are solidly deserving of being R rated if banning them is not an option (and the movie seriously has some of the most revolting shit I've ever seen. The fight scene at the end is pretty well-done, but it's not worth the disgusting, sadistic fetishist shit elsewhere in the film).
This is an example of someone who couldn't handle the movie. It isn't for everyone. Certainly not for a casual fight anime.
