I welcome the wave of countries recognising Palestine and threatening to boycott ESC, but it saddens me that it took this long. Gaza has all but been levelled to rubble and the west bank is being occupied. It feels a bit too late, and the cynic in me can't help but think this change of heart is exactly because Palestine is basically about to disappear.

I think it has more to do with Trump alienating everyone and countries in the world are using this as a pressure lever.

Also, this should have happened years ago just based on Israel ratfucking Eurovision specifically, on top of them being a genocidal terrorist state.
