It's open source, not really a way to exclude people. You can ban them and not merge their prs, but they can just make a new anonymous account.

Nutomic is employed as a full time developer by the Lemmy project, which is funded by donations. I want him fired.

nutomic is one of the founders of the Lemmy project, so that's probably not going to happen.
