I get it, it's Gamer shit and they do it to get clicks but it looks ridiculous in the context of Red Dead 2
Now that I think about it, it's usually just Mary-Beth and Abigail that get waifufied. It's probably because of the women in the gang, Susan is middle-aged, Karen is heavier set, Tilly is black and Sadie wears pants
I know that a lot of the time the main audience for the barbiefication mods are straight women (like in Bioware games), but I'm not sure that applies to RDR2.
Hair's not a ridiculously long and detailed mesh that was ported from a Sims 3 paid mod site originally released in 2011 so it can't be them
They'd probably just install shirtless Arthur mods
