Tbh, it should be quite easy to confirm where the jet engine came from.
(For some reason editing doesn't work, so double-posting instead)
After some googleing, that thing didn't fall off a plane but was in the process of being loaded onto something when it rolled off there and hit one of the men who were handling it.
It fell from the loading ramp, not the sky.
That's what I already wrote as an answer to the comment because editing always gave me an error.
