To be fair, we're not really sure what the economy is doing because Trump rejects any reports from his Admin that show the economy in a bad light.

We're back to COVID level unemployment, iirc.

Edit: we also haven't seen the full extent of the impact that deportation of undocumented immigrants will have on the economy.
