The #US again vetoed the resolution calling for an immediate cessation of hostilities in Gaza

The resolution, which was voted in favor by 14 other council members, called for an immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire in Gaza, to be respected by all parties, for the immediate & unconditional lifting of all restrictions on the entry & distribution of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

No reason to exclude people, lots of reasons to not give them unilateral vetoes though. Or to not recognize illegitimate states beyond the people they supposedly represent. Hmm.

Correcting the U.S. superiority complex by making them play by the same rules as everyone else seems wildly appropriate to me. And also doesn't cater to any persecution fantasies.
