I think we would hear about a change in, for example, insurance regulation from someplace other than substack

for practical purposes krasnov reigned from his toilet via twitter last time. there are few lows they could sink to that would surprise me.

Note I did not say 'first'. (Indeed, this post isn't covering the statement first, it cites a quote from NYT article which I presume cites an official release of some sort. Neither of the other venue's took the statement as particularly newsworthy/impactful afaict.)
