That's a bit ableist. Some people have issues with motor skills, or just a bad mouse that jumps all over the place. You have to make unnecessary stuff like this at least opt-out.
I don't object to opt out of a function. And yes - I guess I expect this to be a problem, only if you use a mouse - and if you can't handle that, maybe it's not the right tool for you... Take that in what way you want.
