There is a Brazilian institute of Marxists that study the DPRK and maintain relationship with them. It used to be called CEPS - Centro de Estudos da Política Songun (Center of Studies of Songun Politics), but recently they changed their name to Instituto Paktu, they have a lot of great information about the DPRK in general and was greatly used for sources about the Korean war in this absolutely incredible video by Canal Nostalgia.
