Has Obama (or anyone else) condemned this horrific act of political violence yet?

Edit - It really doesn't look good that only a tiny number of politicians seem to be against this. From last week:

We have to remember: for most Americans, it is not merely that the lives of foreigners are less valuable than American lives. It is rather, that the lives of foreigners have no value at all.
