Terrifying stuff. The US 100% has plans for starting a nuclear war that involve infiltrating small nukes into China, some probably possibly already smuggled in and network connected. I'm sure this plan came about around the same time in the late 2000s that they started freaking out about smuggling of mini-nukes into the US and spent a ton of money on outfitting ports with radiation detectors (actually what caught the Walmart radioactive shrimp). Absolutely deranged evil empire.
