The thing is that people like this make the bar for proving it so high that an explicit confession is the only acceptable form of proof.
Talking about "prowling blacks" isn't racist, because he wasn't saying that about all black people. Saying successful black women like Ketanji Brown Jackson lack brain processing power isn't racist or misogynistic, because those comments weren't aimed at all black women. Accusing Target of grooming children for having family friendly pride merchandise isn't queerphobic, because he doesn't have a problem with LGBT+ who aren't groomers. Saying Taylor Swift must submit to her husband isn't chauvinistic, he just has traditional beliefs. It's only evidence if he openly says he hates all black and queer people and women are inferior and must therefore be treated as property.
Actually, sweetie, even an explicit confession is just a joke, and if it wasn't just a joke then it's a sincerely held religious belief justified by faith, and if it's not a religious belief either then it was just the truth and you shouldn't bully people for being 'honest'.

I swear the people making these arguments are bots. I see a lot of activity trying to create consensus on what kind of person Kirk was and NONE if it the truth, which is that he was a right wing grifter taking money from Israel. I highly doubt he believed any of the stuff he said.
