Some Rules

Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
Don't promote proprietary software
Try to keep things on topic
If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

Can someone tell me why an Android launcher should have Internet access..? Been on the hunt for a new launcher but am not installing software which I fail to see having to use the net to operate...just like keyboards...another one that has me scratch my head

Kvaesitso launcher on my phone works fine with internet access cut off (which is a thing you can do on GrapheneOS). Weather, calendar, etc. still work because it integrates with external apps for all that. It's also FOSS.
