It seems somewhat obvious, but it’s not a surprising opinion for Mamdani to have, putting the interests and opinions of (parts of) the Arab world before the Christian/Jewish heritage that is New York City. He might be representing other interests and opinions than his constituents.
You know he's ahead by 22 percentage points, right? I mean it goes down to 4 points if you artificially winnow the field down into the most disfavorable one-on-one matchup that's available and continue to give him no support from the Democratic establishment... but overall it sounds like he's representing exactly the interests and opinions of his constituents, more so than anyone else anyone can find. Specifically that war crimes are bad and rich landlords can get fucked. What interests and opinions would you like to see represented instead of that?
Because most of NYC (including NYC Jews) don't want to see Netanyahu get fucked? Hint: They do.
