A couple weeks ago out of curiosity I googled and I checked the Wikipedia page if there were any criminal charges filed. Like everybody reading this - I knew there wouldn't be any. And surprise, surprise - there weren't. And it really aggravates me how Americans conflate civil trials with criminal trials. "Having your day in court" is all well and good* but how 'bout the greedy, vile company having its day in criminal court?

*If you have the resources to expend the prerequisite time, money, and effort.
