Ok. Now, this is a new level of stupid. We've gone full infant.

He's punishing the USA because he didn't get a Nobel Peace Prize for... Nothing.

And he does it by slapping Tarrifs on India, because he thinks that it punishes India.

Does he think that the USA is somehow the only buyer of goods and services in the world? I mean that would make sense why he keeps doing that.
