Yeah but they taste like shit.
Salmon, tuna, grass fed meat, eggs taste pretty good
Farmed salmon? Canned tuna? What about cholesterol? I thought pasta was healthy food.. What will I eat now? 🤔
No, farmed salmon doesn't have the omega 3s. The salmon has to eat it's wild diet to give you the benefits
Canned wild caught tuna is ok
Cholesterol is not a diseases, but even if you thought it was you can stick with the seafood
Pasta has no nutritional benefit other then providing glucose and unless you are in a starvation situation there is no need for extra glucose
You can eat whole foods, anything from the edge of the grocery store
