Farmed salmon? Canned tuna? What about cholesterol? I thought pasta was healthy food.. What will I eat now? 🤔

No, farmed salmon doesn't have the omega 3s. The salmon has to eat it's wild diet to give you the benefits

Canned wild caught tuna is ok

Cholesterol is not a diseases, but even if you thought it was you can stick with the seafood

Pasta has no nutritional benefit other then providing glucose and unless you are in a starvation situation there is no need for extra glucose

You can eat whole foods, anything from the edge of the grocery store
