No, you're supposed to keep working out (with lower weights). It heals faster than if you would pause working out
😂 ngl I was scrolling through lemmy when this happened. Social ineptitude aside, I am happy to say my squats are tidy (but I have seen some guys roll their lower back dipping down, sending hips forward instead of backwards 😬).
