What happened in 1991?
The pressure to compete with the Soviet Union on improving the quality of life vanished.
The consequences of Reganomics and trickle down took hold
LMFAO. Trickle down.
I don't think it's physically possible for the wealthy, who got tax breaks from Regan, to spend enough of the money they "earn" every year, for anything to "trickle" anywhere.
The whole thing was always a sham.
The fact that anyone fell for it was incredible.
