The joke is that people who I don't like are bad, and also cats, occasionally. Typical millennial "humour". The reason why you see it on
is bots, probably. No one likes these comics, not even redditors.
Even the name of the comic reeks of millennial humor. "Teehee, I eat a lot of pizza and cake because making food that isn't pre-prepared requires adulting, and also lol so random. I need an adult to help me adult adultily while I pet le heckin' lolcats."
The first time I visited that site there was a "hipster hitler" webcomic at the top. No joke.
Just catering to reddit's biggest demographic:

Correct, typical millenial "I CAN'T ADULT" humor. The posts are botted and she seems to have favors with some
moderators.
She also likes to dox and copyright strike people who criticize her, draw them in submission porn, include her kids toys in actual porn photos, and repost vaguely racist stuff on Facebook, among a lot of other things.
