Poland fact: in late 90's game publishing industry in Poland was actually very good, we had a lot of localisation being made and they were much cheaper than in the US/western Europe.
There was also piracy.
They told us it would get better when we end piracy.
We basically ended piracy.
As reward we got regional prices liquidation, a lot less Polish versions and basically no dubbing anymore.
Moral from the story is: piracy is good. Also never believe publishers.
