Apparently Oct7th was a Biden financed coup to make Netanyaho look bad. the military generals ignored Netanyahu pleas to put boots on the ground to let Oct 7 happen and waited for 7 hours before responding.

they knew it was going to happen and allowed the nova festival to be extended.
