According to the article it will coordinate with the new Bus Rapid Transit Link system and dedicated bus lanes on College Drive.

I was thinking the same thing, but the article did help make sense of it all.

When I was in uni I didn't use the pedestrian bridge all that often, either... In fact i probably jay-walked across college way more often than using the bridge. 😅

I would be shocked if a crosswalk took 2 years to build... I thought it was the bus corridor that the article was referring to, but honestly who knows. There's another article about the bus corridor, which shows some possible designs for a few intersections on college drive, but I don't see the planned pedestrian crosswalk on there.

I read this, looking for more explanation. i got curious as to what the lines where potentially going to look like. Yeah I do not see these being vandalized. Nor do I see any issues arising all the freakin time with the exclusive use lanes, especially downtown the one down collage may be better /s.
