Deep cover comrade architect making sure they'll all going to end up dying of a gas leak or something.
While I love the idea, I've worked with too many architects that give absolutely zero consideration to HVAC. Like AC just magically happens because you have a condenser on the roof.
Sounds like my landlord speaking to the tradies trying to make sure their tenants don't die from carbon monoxide poisoning.
