Hey it has to start somewhere
Can't let those poor cars loose a lane of traffic or even one parking spot.
Meanwhile, when the roadway is shut down and turned in a pedestrian only street the business along the street are definitely making a huge killing in sales from the influx of pedestrian traffic.
