The presence of active duty US Marines in their backyards? Oooh, no, no, I bet it was the national guard troops sleeping in (I'm assuming here based on what I read) whatever unlocked sheds or cabinetry they could find?
Though, I suppose the more astute of them may have noticed his original coup attempt and raised an eyebrow or two...
There's just so ~~much space for activities ~~ many possibilities
