The link gives "404 this page isn't available" for me. I did an internet search for it and just found this Wikipedia mention

My editor removed “-” in between the years, and the strings. Link fixed.

I found that earlier when searching on the site but didn't see any statistics about race on it. Where is it on the page?

You can look under ethnicity but I haven’t found anything that supports the claim made by OP. I assume it’s just in absolute numbers which doesn’t make sense. There are also numeracy estimates in the source, they’re also not great for the US ;)
