Some male mosquitoes pollinate flowering plants, but most grasses don't make flowers so grasses atleast probably don't rely on mosquitoes. But who knows, I'm not a grass-ologist.
Grass does make flowers; they're just typically really small (unless it's something we've bred to be big, like corn or wheat).
For example, bermudagrass in flower:
