Uncle of mine years ago before he passed on. He looked unimposing but one day he lifts an engine block. 
Anyone who has worked with them knows how heavy they are and he just hoists it. On this continent you see a lot of crazy things working in manual labour.

This 1970s pornstar looking guy I know has gone on record to pull semi-trucks barehanded and also rip up phone books.
