If they did introduce IQ/intelligence tests to voting wouldn't it skew every vote further left?
The intelligence test they'll be using:
the usa did voting tests already and they were just used to prevent black people from voting
In a city like New York, probably not. IQ tests heavily favor people with more formal education, so it favors centrist Democrats in this case. The far left has a lot of people with less education, even if they broadly put a heavy value on education. How much it helps or hurts Republicans I think depends on where it is, but I think here it helps lib dems more.
